How to show developer options on android 4.2 and 4.3

Google decided not to show the developer options on android 4.2 and 4.3, by default the developer options is hidden on jelly bean 4.2 and 4.3.

Developer options is very important even for regular users (non developer), because there is a time when we need to activate usb debugging mode.

For example, you need to turn on usb debugging mode to root the phone, and the usb debugging mode is only available through developer options.

To enable (reveal) developer options on android 4.2 and 4.3 you need to go to "Settings" > "About phone" > tab/press on "Build number" seven times (7x).

After pressing the "Build number" 7 times, you should see a message saying that you are become developer now, that means the developer options is available.

~ GOOD LUCK ~
